I run a GC out of Austin — multifamily, commercial, and TI work. Five years ago we were paying enterprise software thousands a month for tools that didn't fit how we actually run jobs, and my PMs were copying-pasting between four different platforms to make any of it work.

Is AI safe for legal contracts?
Every contract template comes from AIA standards or our platform library, vetted by construction lawyers. The AI fills in YOUR data — names, dates, amounts — into a fixed legal framework. It does not write legal language from scratch. Every contract still goes through your standard legal review before signing. AI does the data entry; you do the judgment.
How is my data isolated from other tenants?
Every tenant — your projects, subs, financials — is isolated at the database level via PostgreSQL row-level security. The GC who built this platform runs on it alongside you. The team has zero access to your data. We're working toward SOC 2 in 2026.
My subs won't use a portal.
Most won't because the big platforms charge them to access your projects. Ours is free for subs and uses magic links — no signup, no password, click the email and you're in. Our own subs use it daily on every project. Yours will too once friction is removed.
What if I need to leave?
You can cancel anytime, and you can export all your data — projects, schedules, invoices, contracts — as CSV or JSON. We'll never hold your data hostage. Within 30 days of signing up, we'll refund 100% no questions asked. After that, prorated.
Can my owner / lender see project status?
Yes. Pro tier includes read-only owner/lender access to project dashboards. Enterprise tier includes full guest accounts with project-scoped permissions. White-label branding available for Enterprise + partner-tenant model.
